It seems we may get 'brushed' with a tropical storm over the next couple days. Even though we had all that rain earlier this year, with the recent hot/dry spell, you can see things drying up. I wouldn't mind the rain, as long as it gets done with by the weekend.
I decided to get in a short ride in this morning, just in case we get more rain than expected. Less than two months to go before the ride.
The Austin LIVESTRONG route map was posted yesterday. The elevations had been posted earlier. To me, the long routes, well, look proportionally much longer than they should, but I know the map is accurate - it's my eyes that aren't ;-)
